The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Phish fans in 1996 to generate charitable proceeds from the Phish community.
And since we're entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! So far, we've distributed over $2 million to support music education for children – hundreds of grants in all 50 states, with more on the way.

So I talked one of my party buddies into taking the ride up in my red Chevy pick up. Passed a cop in the median on I-87 near Saratoga while I was taking a drink out of my bud light bottle. He never followed so it was a win already. Got to the venue early enough and it was very empty. Like, probly a hundred or two people on the lawn total for Phish. i remember seeing at least one taper, but didn't know the songs well enough yet to recognize anything. I vaguely remember the Santana stage set up and that Phish came out but it was more of just another fun night at SPAC rather than a Phish show. Saw every Phish show at SPAC until about 2016, hated that my streak ended.
